Maximum oil flow rate allows this pump to run hydraulic torque wrenches up to 10 times faster than the competition for top torquing performance. Standard equipment includes spin-on 10 micron oil filter, air filter regulator and lubricator, fittings with safety locks on quick disconnects, liquid-filled stainless steel hydraulic pressure gauge, sight gauge for easy oil level and temperature control, 25ft. remote control hoses and 25ft. hydraulic hoses (oil-filled). They are each mounted on a two-wheeled cart.

Why struggle to remove worn, dried out, burnt, rock-hard valve and pump packing? A high pressure water jet penetrates and removes rock hard packings quickly and cleanly without damage to valve stem or stuffing box.
The HPZ-95NA Mini Water Jet Packing Extractors are designed to remove rock-hard wire bound packings as well as tedious graphite / graphoil packings and injected sealants that become like solid concrete. The high pressure water jet concept saves days of manual labor costs and REM (radio-active exposure man hours) in nuclear power plants. It eliminates the use of packing pullers and packing picks that damage stuffing box bores and valve stems, thus forming leak paths. It allows for the extraction of packing in small valves with tight stuffing boxes that packing pullers can’t enter or packing picks won’t penetrate. The HPZ-95NA is the only logical means of packing removal for expensive control valves and ALL valves and pumps in general.
