CARTRIDGE SEALS

The SEPCO® BSS is a rotary-designed, balanced, single-spring seal capable of handling higher operating pressures than conventional unbalanced single-spring designs. Large coil springs are resistant to clogging and allow the BSS to operate successfully in equipment with an end play to 1/8".

The SEPCO® Cartridge Grease Seal is an innovative mechanical seal mounted on a single cartridge and can replace double seals without needing a water flush. Boasting a distinctive characteristic that sets it apart from traditional seals: incorporating a grease barrier cavity. This cavity is a protective shield, preventing any product leakage into the atmosphere and eliminating the need for elaborate environmental controls. This feature ensures that the CGS Seal is efficient and environmentally friendly, as it minimizes the potential for product contamination and eliminates the need for complex and expensive control measures.

The SEPCO® DTP is a multiple, cartridge-mounted mechanical seal. Rugged and dependable, the DTP is ideal for closed-loop convection cooling systems. With the DTP being reciprocally balanced, it offers a higher operating pressure, ability to function in either tandem or double mode, and is capable of handling surge conditions.
