COMPONENT SEALS

The SEPCO® Low Temperature Bellow is a single non-pusher, rotating welded metal bellows design. The rugged design is great for handling the extremes of low temperatures. The edge-welded bellows design has the flexibility to fit in ANSI+ and DIN standards as well as other pieces of equipment. Seals are manufactured to disperse the stresses on the welds.

The LTB’s high precision lapping finish offers optimal sealing performance. The rotating bellows throw off suspended particles and provides the self-cleaning effect which reduces the possibility of solids entering the bellows convolutions. The LTB can withstand temperatures to -25° F/ -30° C.

The SEPCO OSS is an externally mounted single spring component seal capable of handling up to 1/4″ shaft deflection and 1/8″ end-play. This makes it ideal for positive displacement pumps, augers, mixers, agitators and reactors.

   »  Temperatures: 250°F / 120°C

   »  Speeds: 5000 fpm

The SEPCO SMD is a heavy-duty multiple-component seal that mounts externally and can be designed to handle up to 1/4″ shaft deflection and 1/8″ end-play making it ideal for use on agitators, mixers, reactors, belt-driven pumps, and other equipment that exceeds the movement capabilities of standard off the shelf seal designs.
